Why do hard things happen—even to good people? In this children’s message based on the story of Job, kids are invited to explore one of life’s biggest questions in a gentle, age-appropriate way.
Through simple storytelling and relatable examples, children learn that it’s okay to ask hard questions. Job didn’t pretend everything was fine—and God didn’t leave him. This message reminds children that when we hurt, God stays close, listens to our questions, and often sends caring people to sit beside us.
Designed for early childhood through approximately 3rd grade. Scripture-centered and grace-focused within the United Methodist tradition.
